To find EPC of a property in question, go to EPC retrieval page, and search for a property’s energy performance certificate by postcode.
You can use EPC register to find an energy certificate for a properties in England, Wales or Northern Ireland. This includes homes, business properties and public buildings. You can find EPC records of your own property, or you can use the database to find information about home you want to rent or buy.
